Glen Myers , CEO
Glen brings over 35 years of experience to IP Fabrics, including the experience of founding a successful company, RadiSys, in 1987 and serving as its Chairman and CEO for 15 years, during which time the company went public (1995), and had a record year (2000) of $341M in revenue and $33M in net income. Throughout his tenure at RadiSys, Glen was both the technical visionary and the business leader. He led the company through seven acquisitions, the last two in 2001 being software companies.
Prior to starting RadiSys in 1987, Glen spent six years at Intel and thirteen at IBM. Glen has a PhD in computer science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York, an MS in computer science from Syracuse University, and a BS in electrical engineering from Clarkson University. He is also the author of eight texts on computer architecture and software design, testing, and reliability.
Glen is Vice Chair of the Lawfully Authorized Electronic Surveillance subcommittee in ATIS, which produces the majority of the CALEA safe-harbor standards.

Kevin Graves , CTO
Kevin has over 20 years of experience, most of that with IBM. He has a strong technology and customer focus in network surveillance, packet networks, signaling, and media gateways. Recently he was Senior Director of Engineering of the Telecommunications Division of RadiSys, where he had responsibility for the Oregon, Houston, and Boston design centers. At IBM he had roles in engineering and marketing management in communications adapters. He has a BS with honors in computer science from Pennsylvania State University.

Dave Cassing , VP Engineering
Dave has over 30 years of experience leading the development of communications, computer graphics, and computer-aided-design systems. His most recent role was at RadiSys as Senior Director of the Strategic Networking Division, a business unit focused on wireless infrastructure building blocks for Nokia. Earlier in his career Dave was with Tektronix and Texas Instruments. He has an MS in computer science and a BS in mathematics from Kansas State University.

Chris Jasper , VP Operations
Chris Jasper has over 25 years of chip design, reliability engineering and manufacturing-operations experience. Chris’ most-recent role was Director of Systems Manufacturing for RadiSys, where he managed a system-build and integration facility. Prior to this, Chris managed all of RadiSys' operations engineering activities: manufacturing engineering, test engineering, process engineering, and reliability engineering. Chris started his career at Intel. He has a BSEE from the University of Arkansas.
