Curtis Schwaderer, General Manager, Chief Software Architect, and Co-Founder
Curtis is the General Manager of IP Fabrics and also has responsibility for the overall software architecture of the IP Fabrics DeepProbe and DeepSweep products. Curtis has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry and has held a variety of technical leadership and management positions with RadiSys Corporation, Microware Systems, and E-Systems/Raytheon prior to cofounding IP Fabrics. Curtis holds two patents in the area of communications software frameworks for multicore processors and holds bachelor and master degrees in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University |

Mike Imel, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Mr. Imel oversees the IP Fabrics overall development process and provides technical guidance for all hardware and software aspects of the IP Fabrics product line. Mike is a seasoned technical professional with over 30 years of experience in board and chip level design as well as software development. Mike has held a variety of technical leadership positions with RadiSys and Intel prior to cofounding IP Fabrics. |

Charles Liu, Principal Software Lead
Charles Liu provides project-level oversight and leadership in the day-to-day software development activities at IP Fabrics. Charles has over 15 years of experience in the industry, having concentrated on communication protocols and holds two related patents. Charles has a deep understanding of many applicaiton and network protocols. Prior to IP Fabrics, Charles held key software development positiosn in Oresis Communications and GE Interlogix. |

Rick Robino, Operations & Sales Director
Rick Robino oversees pre- and post- sales, installation, test & validation, and customer service. Rick has been working at some kind of Internet-related enterprise continuously since 1996, starting out as a Unix System Administrator. During that time he has held a variety of key positions in the Engineering, Operations and Sales departments of several ISPs and carriers, including Senior Manager of Internet Operations at GST Whole Earth Networks and Senior Sales Engineer at IP Applications. |
