IP Fabrics offers ongoing support and maintenance programs DeepSweep, DeepProbe, and CyberInsight that includes support hotline access, issue submission & tracking, and free software upgrades for licensed software packages. The standard support and maintenance program is billed annually with the first year of support being included in the purchase price at no cost.

DeepSweep and DeepProbe software is licensed with the appliance it is delivered with. License terms and agreements can be found in the product documentation.
Virtualized DeepSweep and DeepProbe software is licensed per hardware platform it runs on or is downloaded to for operation.
CyberInsight is licensed based on storage requirements and number of users.
IP Fabrics can provide training classes suited to a variety of audiences:
- Product user training. This class is targeted for people using the equipment for specific visibility, compliance, and analytics use cases. The class is a hands-on, interactive tutorial of the product and how to use it.
- Product administrator & support training. This class is targeted for people who will be maintaining the equipment. The class is a hands-on, interactive tutorial for managing and administering the product, configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting, and interacting with IP Fabrics engineering if problems arise.
